PROJECT RAT/IDRIS (FULL PRODUCTION OF BOUNDLESS)
Role: Co-Producer
As mentioned on the "Video Games" page, the team I worked on for our game jam submission, Boundless, is developing the game into a full retail title (with the production codename being Project Rat). While I am retaining my role as Level Programmer/Level Designer, one of my penultimate roles is to co-produce the game. Currently, we intend to show a polished version of the full game at the USC Games Expo. As such, I am scheduling and tracking the production of a playable alpha. Production is being mapped based on the Cerny Method. After this, I will plan out a larger roadmap for the full game.

PRODUCING INTERACTIVE PROJECTS
I have experience making Scrum schedules that mimic standards in the game industry thanks to the "Producing Interactive Projects" course. This class also teaches team-building skills, budgeting, production cycles, and resource management. The link below shows a sprint plan for an update to a mobile Space Invaders port that adds new weapons, enemies, achievements, graphics, and ship types.

PROJECT MANAGER (NETWORK INSTALLATION)
Role: Project Manager
At the age of 14, I had my first experience in production/project management through the Boy Scouts of America. To earn the rank of Eagle, I had to plan a substantial community service project that would benefit my local area. For my project, I was lucky to collaborate with Cisco on a network installation at the Volunteers of America facility in Madera, California. While they provided all the networking equipment, it was my job to work with a Cisco engineer on a plan to install a network switch and multiple routers to setup a new Wi-Fi system. In addition to this technical planning, I was responsible for teaching other Scouts how to perform necessary tasks, communicating with the IT department at the Volunteers of America, and following up with the facility after installation to ensure the quality of the network. The link below shows all the necessary reports and planning documentation that went into the project.
